Having bought an Oris big crown 5 years ago and since then have had to have it serviced twice at the same cost as new. Is this normal? for a precision watch or is Oris a poor quality watchprovider.
Despite writing to Oris the salesperson who phones me said this is not unusual! Surely a company with a fine reputation should be concerned?
