The striking coin edged bezel is designed to look like jet engine turbines while the propeller style hands and legible dial are inspired by aircraft dashboards.
The Oris Big Crown 55th Reno Air Races Limited Edition watch boasts a nicely sized 45mm case crafted from stainless steel and is fitted with domed sapphire crystal glass with antireflective treatment on both sides. On the back, the timepiece is beautifully engraved with a special edition decoration to honour the Reno Air Races anniversary alongside a unique limited-edition number out of 550. The case is also equipped with a large screw-in crown designed to be easily grip, even for pilots wearing gloves.
