heart disease. The charity funds thousands of research projects to fight heart disease as well as providing the county with information packs on the health condition which causes more than a quarter of UK deaths each year. Tickets can be purchased online by entering details here and the proceedings will go towards helping the British Heart Foundation support the 7 million people living with cardiovascular disease in the UK. The competition is an excellent opportunity to get involved in supporting the nation’s largest independent funder of cardiovascular research which will see all the proceedings go towards influencing a number of prevention treatments as well as creating awareness of the effects of the disease, together with the costs and causes of the illness.
